34-year-old Emily A. Derra has been declared AWOL from the Dane County Sheriff’s Office Jail Diversion Program.
Derra was declared AWOL the morning of June 3rd, after deputies went to check on her and were not able to locate her at her place of residence on Ashford Lane in Madison. Her last recorded GPS location was at that address early this morning. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
Derra was currently serving a 240-day sentence for a fourth offense OWI. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Dane County Communications Center at 608-255-2345 or Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014 or online at P3TIPS.com.
***UPDATE***
As of Wednesday, June 4th, Emily A. Derra is back in the Dane County Jail. She was located on the 4500 block of Verona Road in the City of Madison based on a tip regarding the male she was with, who also had a warrant. The male ran, but both individuals were ultimately taken into custody by Madison Police.
