Celebrating 9 Years, Dane County Arts and Cultural Affairs (Dane Arts) Announces 2023 Dane Arts Buy Local Market

Dane Arts is pleased to announce the ninth Dane Arts Buy Local 2023 (DABL) Annual Art Market on Saturday, September 9th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in partnership with the Farley Center Land Art Exhibit EARTH CONNECTIONS at 2299 Spring Rose Road in Verona. Since 2014, Dane Arts has been promoting local visual artists to local businesses in a business-to-business effort to highlight both the economic and cultural impact the arts generate throughout Dane County.

 

“The Dane Arts Buy Local (DABL) Art Market supports local artists by providing a platform to exhibit and sell their artwork,” said Dane County Executive Joe Parisi. “We look forward to celebrating our community of artists with this upcoming event.”

 

In addition, there will be music, food carts, and a guided tour of the EARTH CONNECTION Exhibit throughout the woods at 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend, meet the artists, and buy art. The Farley Center for Peace, Justice and Sustainability farm provides a lovely setting for just an event.
