Town of Albion Fatality Crash

At approximately 9:27pm, Dane County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on Albion Road, just south of Edgerton Road, in the Town of Albion.

The investigation revealed a black Chevy vehicle, with two occupants, was traveling south of Albion Road.  The driver lost control at which time the vehicle left the roadway and struck a building, causing both occupants to be ejected from the vehicle.  Life-saving efforts were conducted however both occupants were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation however speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.  The names of the individuals involved are being withheld pending notifications.
